Wedding Preparation:

  • 2-1 hour planning meetings. 1st meeting about 1 month before wedding. This is to discuss plans you have made, answer questions you may have, set a tentative schedule for the wedding day and for me to get your list of vendors. 2nd meeting will be the week of your wedding; we will go over all plans, day of schedules and double check and finalize all plans.
  • Two weeks prior to the ceremony, I will make contact with vendors to verify the details of their services; confirm arrival and finish times, give directions if needed.

Wedding Day- Ceremony:

  • I will be available to assist vendors with any questions or problems.
  • Manage the wedding party.
  • Manage vendor set up at the ceremony and reception site.
  • Coordinate with caterers for set up and serving times.
  • Check on rings, ring bearer pillows, flowers for flower girls.      
  • Flower distribution to wedding party.
  • Assist special needs guests/wedding party
  • Line up and cue wedding party during processional
  • Roll all dark materials on wedding party to ensure they are lint free
  • Check Bride and bridesmaid's dresses, bra straps, hair and make up to make sure they are picture perfect
  • Cue music for ceremony as the bridal party enters and as the bride enters
  • Keep bride from being seen while entering the ceremony site
  • Direct guests to the reception or cocktail hour
  • Collect all wedding party members for photos

Wedding Day- Reception:

  • Arrange place cards with your chart
  • Check over room set up
  • Give the DJ/MC a  reception schedule and any requests for special announcements
  • Create a unique entrance for the bride and groom
  • Keep bride and groom on schedule.
  • Ensure payment of tips and balances due to any vendors have been paid.
  • Provide a  “Wedding” emergency kit to be used in the event of a lost button, run in your nylons, bra strap that just won't stay...

Gold) to meet your needs depending on the level of help you desire.
 


Platinum:

Wedding Preparation:

  • 3- planning meetings. 1st meeting can be whenever you feel you would like assistance with planning. I can answer questions, give vendor recommendations, go over planning calendar, etc. 2nd meeting about 1 month before wedding. This is to discuss plans you have made, answer questions you may have, set a tentative schedule for the wedding day and for me to get your list of vendors. 3rd meeting will be the week of your wedding; we will go over all plans, day of schedules and double check and finalize all plans.
  • Two months prior to the ceremony and again two weeks prior, all vendors will be contacted to verify the details of their services; confirm arrival and finish times, give directions if needed
  • Prepare wedding day schedule for wedding party and bride and groom.
  • Coordinate schedule with all vendors.

Rehearsal: 1 hr

  • Review timing and processional order, ceremony positions, as well as recessional order.
  • Provide cues, timing or musical.
  • Coordinate ceremony details with officiant.
  • Coordinate music and soloists.
  • Answer any questions and give helpful reminders of roles and positions.
  • Distribute schedule of the day to the wedding party.

Wedding Day- Ceremony:

  • I will spend up to 8 hours at your wedding ceremony/reception.
  • Manage wedding vendors.
  • I will be available to assist vendors with any questions or problems.
  • Manage the wedding party.
  • Manage vendor set up at the ceremony and reception site.
  • Coordinate with caterers for set up and serving times.
  • Check on rings, ring bearer pillows, flowers for flower girls.      
  • Flower distribution to wedding party.
  • Direct ushers with seating and program distribution
  • Line up and cue wedding party for processional
  • Roll tuxes to ensure they are lint free
  • Check bridesmaids dresses, bra straps, hair and make up
  • Cue musicians and music during ceremony
  • Ensure brides wedding dress, train and veil are perfect for bridal entrance
  • Keep bride from being seen while entering the ceremony site
  • Assist guests/wedding party with special needs
  • Gather wedding party and family members for pictures

Wedding Day- Reception:

  • Place seating arrangements and place cards with your plan
  • Set up decorations, guest book, gift table, money tree and/or favors
  • Assist DJ/MC with reception order and special announcements
  • Organize reception grand entrance for bridal party and bride and groom
  • Set up any items transferred from ceremony to reception
  • Keep bride and groom informed as to schedule and what’s next
  • Coordinate meal times for vendors, if needed
  • Ensure payment of tips and balance due to vendors
  • Collect gifts and cards at the end of the night and give to designated person.
  • Provide “Wedding Day” emergency kit for use during the day for unexpected mishaps
  • At the end of the evening, I will do a final walk through to make sure no items are left behind, collect all decorations and items that you brought (cake topper, toasting glasses, etc.) and ensure they get to the appropriate person.
