Wedding Invitation Selection and Mailing ~ $1 per invitation plus postage
- Help
coordinate the ordering and proofs of your invitations to insure they
match your theme and feel of your event.
- Set
up a data base with all your guest’s names and addresses.
- “Stuff”
all your invitations with the appropriate inserts
- Mail
all of your invitations and return any extras to you.
RSVP Confirmation ~ $1 per invitation
- Set
up a data base with all your guest’s names and addresses.
- As
RSVP’s arrive I will update database and keep you informed to the head
count.
- Contact
anyone who has not responded by the cut-off
date.
Budget Preparation and tracking ~ $200
- Sit
down with you and prepare a detailed budget, breaking each item into
categories.
- As
you get estimates we will update the budget and see where you may have
more to spend or where you need to cut back.
- Provide
you with reminders and updates to keep you within your set budget.
Pick up/ Return of rentals ~ Starting at $100 back to top
- Arrange
for the pickup of rented items that do not need to be delivered by the
company.
- Assure
that all items listed on the invoice are included in the rental picked up.
- Return
all rentals not being picked up by the company.
- Make
sure all rentals are returned on time and in the proper state the company
requires to avoid additional fees.
Ceremony/ Reception decorating ~ Starting at $200/ dependent upon design
- Meet
2 months prior to your wedding date to discuss your vision for 1 hour.
- Assist
you in decoration plans if you would like via phone and email contact.
- If
rental items are needed, I will confirm with Rental Company the week of
your wedding to verify delivery time and place.
- I
will arrive at your ceremony early in the day decorate according to the
design you have provided.
Ceremony/Reception cleanup ~ Starting at $200, dependent upon venue size
- After
the last guest has left the area (ceremony or reception) I will walk
though and look for any items left behind.
- Stack
rental items in proper place for pick up.
- Fold
up table linens
- Clear
off tables.
- Any
decorations that were put up I will take down and save for you.
- Pick
up and dispose of garbage
- If
venue requires, I will sweep and mop.
Gown selection assistance ~ Starting at $150 for two locations, $50 per each additional locationback to top
- Attend
bridal shopping appointments with you.
- Give
you unbiased, honest feedback about how the dress looks and how it will
fit with your overall theme and style.
- Attend
all fitting appointments to make sure the dress looks perfect on you.
Wedding favor assistance ~ $75
- Help
you find favors that match your theme.
- Research
to find the best price for your chosen favors.
- If
your favors are DIY, I spend up to 2 hours helping you assemble them.
Accommodations/travel for guests ~ $100
- Negotiate
group rates with local hotels if you have a lot of out of town guests.
- Compile
a list of local hotels with room rates and amenities
- Schedule
transportation from airport to hotel.
- Arrange
for transportation from hotel to venue site.
- If
air travel is required I will find the best prices for flights
- If
you will be providing welcome baskets to your guests, I will set them up
in each hotel room.
Seating chart and place cards ~ $100
- Enter
your reception information and come up with the best layout combination
for tables.
- After
you give me the assignments of who sits with each other I will come up
with a seating chart.
- Assistance
you with choosing place cards and figuring out the best way to display
them.
